GENERAL PROGRAM FORMAT

UDJAA Field Hockey is an instructional program with a focus on the fundamentals of the game, teaching skills and strategy through drills and small field scrimmages. 
 

SEASON INFORMATION

• 2024 Dates: Sunday, September 8- Sunday, October 27
• Time: Sundays 1:00-3:00pm
• Location: SPARK Fields 
• Registration Fee: $95 - Registration closes 9/1/24

TEAMS  

• Girls are divided into teams within 3 age groups: 
  • K/1st/2nd grade;  3rd/ 4th grade and 5th/6th/7th/8th graders.  
• Each team is coached by Upper Dublin High School Varsity & JV players.  
   

EQUIPMENT  

• All players need to bring their own hockey stick, ball, shin guards, sneakers/ turf shoes, mouth guard and water bottle to each session.
