SPRING REGISTRATION OPENS EARLY DECEMBER!
 

Hi Parents,

We’re excited to announce that 2026 Spring Softball Registration is open for 8U, 10U, 12U, and 15U players!

🗓️ Registration starts the first week of December!
Be sure to register before January 25, 2026 to ensure a spot in winter training! 
 

🥎 Please use the following age guidelines to register your daughter and note that the age groups have changed for ICGSL league.  If your daughter will be playing her 3rd year in either 8U or 10U and they are ready to move up, please feel free to register for older age group. 

AGE GROUPS FOR Spring 2026

8U: In-house with other UD teams

• DOB: Sept-Dec 2016, all 2017, Jan-Aug 2018
• younger than dates above, quickball is recommended
• Coach-pitch
• Includes team jersey, socks, and black pants

10U: part of ICGSL 

• DOB= Sep-Dec 2014, All 2015, Jan-Aug 2016.
• Primarily player-pitch
• Includes team jersey, socks, pants.

12U: part of ICGSL

• DOB = Sep-Dec 2012, All 2013, Jan-Aug 2014
• Player-pitch
• Includes team jersey, socks, pants.

15U: ICGSL

• DOB = Sep-Dec 2009, ALL 2010 & 2011, Jan-Aug 2012
• Player pitch
• Jersey and socks provided 

*Player placement also dependent on number or registrants and commissioner discretion. 

🥎  Winter training scheduled to start on Sunday, January 25, 2026.  Pitching clinics scheduled for Fridays over the winter. 

🥎 Spring schedule includes one practice a week for first few weeks, then games scheduled with local townships in ICGSL in 10, 12, and 15u teams.  8u will be within UD with practices and games. 
 

🥎 Registration fee of $145 from Dec 1 through Jan 5th. Cost is $170 after Feb 5th.

EQUIPMENT: 

1-ALL Softball Players families need to provide a fielders glove and batting helmet with cage. Glove Size must fit for 8/10u use 11" ball & 12U/15U use 12" ball

2- Recommended equipment for all players: Fielders safety Mask (such as RIP IT), Bat, Cleats (softball or soccer), & equipment bag

There will be a 20% off DICK"S Sporting Goods Day to purchase equipment at a discount--please contact jacquelineroot99@gmail.com if your family is in need for help with batting helmet or black pants. Team bats will be available if needed


REFUNDS:

*NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONCE REGULAR REGISTRATION ENDS ON FEB 5th

8U PLAYER REQUEST:

8U PLAYERS can make one request to be with another teammate. Please be sure the girls are both available on the same days for practice.  We will try our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee all requests. 

8U Days Request: If your daughter is unavailable one day of the week, please note that in registration. We will try our best to accommodate. 

 

UNIFORMS:

All players will receive a team jersey, socks, and pants.  Please note size when registering.  Pants sizing tends to run small and we hope to have samples during winter training to try on.

REGISTRATION FOR THE 2023 FALL SOFTBALL SEASON IS OPEN

Registration is open for 8U,10U,12U--CLICK ON THE SOFTBALL PICTURE BELOW TO FIND THE REGISTRATION LINK

PRACTICES: will be held at Aiden Lair Park in Upper Dublin

GAMES: will be held on Saturdays at Schweiker Park-1275 Moyer Rd, Hatfield--about 20-25 minutes from UD

Teams will practice end of August (if players/coaches are available) or begin the first weekend of September. Teams can hold a Saturday and/or weeknight practice until around the end of September (once dark out early--no more weeknight practices). Games will run from September-October--usually 8 games per@team--this league is not competitive during the fall--no play offs. If your daughter will be moving up in age bracket Spring 2023--this is the perfect time to move up. 

REFUNDS:

1. A full refund will be issued if a team can not be formed
2. No refund will be given once teams have been formed and uniforms have been ordered
3.  If a player can no longer participate and #2 has not yet occurred, a refund less $35 will be issued
